Power generation, the oldest branch of activity in Mahyar company recently celebrated its 50 years of operation.
In the long history of activity more than 250 units of large industrial diesel generators (1500 kW to 5000 kW) supplied and installed by the company. Total installed capacity of the said power stations exceeds 700'000 kW.
In addition to diesel generators for power station applications, thousands of diesel generators ranging in capacity from 10 kW to 1000 kW are supplied for prime power and emergency applications.
Along with supply and first installation of diesel generators a number of them are relocated from their original installation point and many others completely rebuilt after sever damage (bombed in the war, fire accident,..)
This wealth of long and rich experiences made the company unrivaled in the country and even in Middle East in its field of operation. Technical and workshop facilities including:

• 2000 SQM of well equipped workshop.
• 1000 SQM of outdoor and indoor stores.
• Spare part store with more than 1000 items of spares.
• Complete set of machine tools (honing machine, lapping machine, boring machine, different types of grinding machines, cleaning and descaling setups…).
• Complete set of tools (hand tools, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical).
• Precision measuring instruments.
• Testing equipments (Non destructive testing, hardness, electrical, oil testing,…).
Together with long experience, expertise, well trained man power credit commercial facilities, provide strong ground to deliver wide spectrum of services covering different market demands, ranging from power station turnkey projects (supply of material, civil works, erection and commissioning) to repair of heavy diesel parts.
